The Australian Airports Association (AAA) is established as a not-for-profit company, governed by an elected Board of Directors. One Director is elected for each State and Territory by the membership in that location. The Chairman is elected by popular vote by all Members nationally.

AAA Executive DirectorCaroline Wilkie With over ten years in Association experience, Caroline Wilkie joined the AAA in October 2010, after seven years in senior policy roles in tourism, land transport and aviation with the Tourism and Transport Forum. Prior to TTF Caroline worked at the Financial Planning Association, Impulse Airlines and as a political adviser. Caroline holds a Masters in Public Affairs. | ![]() |
