AAA Mentoring Program


The AAA launched a new mentoring program to support professional growth and development within the industry in 2019.

Facilitated by The Art of Mentoring, the program pairs airport professionals with experienced mentors for a 12-month period to build leadership capacity and contribute to the future success of the industry.

Airports taking part in the inaugural 2019 program are:

Mentees: Adelaide Airport, Brisbane Airport, Cairns Airport, Darwin Airport, Gold Coast Airport, Karratha Airport, Longreach Airport, Mackay Airport, Melbourne Airport, Mount Gambier Airport, Newcastle Airport, Port Hedland International Airport, Shire of East Pilbara, Southern Grampian Shire Council, Sunshine Coast Council, Sydney Airport.
