• Operations consultancy, such as operational readiness planning and program management including development of plan of operations, scheduling and management of resourcing, training and trials, management of stakeholder relations, and organisational transformation.
• Corporate finance advisory associated with business plan development, technical due diligence on sale / acquisition and public-private partnerships.
