In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Shellharbour Airport within the Local Government and regulatory compliance frameworks. This role also has responsibility for the strategic planning for the Airport and ensuring it operates as a business environment within the public sector and is financially sustainable. Shellharbour Airport has recently undergone a $20M upgrade including a new passenger terminal which opened in February 2021 and has been awarded Small Regional Airport (RPT) of the year. The development of an aviation business park is also central to the Airport upgrades.  Therefore your commercial, property and stakeholder experience to activate and contribute to the economic growth of Shellharbour Airport is key. You will show demonstrated team leadership and apply a strong commercial and operational approach to the current Shellharbour Airport re-development. This role will play an active part in developing and maintaining positive, cooperative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be suitably qualified and experienced to manage the day to day operations of the airport including the regular passenger transport.   • Full time, 35 hours per week position, with access to flexi-time
  • Salary range from $114,800 to $126,749 per annum, plus 10% superannuation
