What you’ll contribute to:
We are excited to announce that we currently have an opportunity for a receptionist to join and be the face of our Gold Coast Airport Management Centre. This is a permanent part-time role with a 20-hour working week.
Reporting directly to our People & Culture Manager; the successful applicant will be responsible for providing a range of efficient reception and administration tasks that ensures an outstanding level of customer service and professionalism.

How you will make an impact?
We are looking for an energetic and committed individual with experience in working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years of experience in office administration and practice in a customer service-based role would be an advantage. You will have exceptional internal and external customer service skills, strong organisational, time task and priority management skills and excellent personal presentation. You will enjoy contributing as part of a team and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
The Receptionist’s tasks, include, but are not limited to: –
- Stakeholder engagement and customer service
- Management of phone services and company enquiry mailboxes
- General administration duties (meeting room organisation, stationary management, binding, phone lists and reception manual)
- Provide support to the People and Culture team in relation to key initiatives
- Prepare and issue purchase order and code to relevant expense code and budget
