“In my role at QAL we make a difference by working closely with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. As a support function, it’s important that we provide value to other departments, assisting decision making processes to enable better financial outcomes.
I love the flexibility that QAL provides me with, I can coach my kid’s soccer team on two afternoons a week. I love the game and being able to transfer my passion to my kids, and their teammates and it gives me significant personal reward and pride.
At work, there’s always challenging scenarios and significant opportunities to continually learn and grow (no 2 days are the same for me). It’s a great company (and industry) to be a part of.
