The AAA Airport Safety and Emergency Management Forum will be held on Tuesday 27 August 2024 in Alice Springs.
About the Forum
The AAA Airport Safety and Emergency Management Forum (Forum) is a valuable opportunity for safety and emergency management professionals to hear keynote presentations from industry experts and regulatory bodies, participate in interactive plenary sessions, as well as come together to network and discuss challenges related to operational safety and emergency response and disaster management across the Australian aviation industry.
Attending the Forum is a valuable opportunity to hear from industry experts on a broad range of safety and emergency management topics, including:
• Regulatory updates and initiatives,
• Industry collaboration,
• Case studies and lessons learnt,
• Wildlife Hazard Management, and
• Emerging technologies and their impacts on safety operations and emergency management.
As part of the Forum, Alice Springs Airport will be hosting an Emergency Management Exercise on Wednesday 28 August. There is a strictly limited number of attendees (observer program only) that can attend. Register early to avoid disappointment.
