Level 6 – $58,263.00 per annum

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists with our Whitsunday Coast Airport team for a temporary Airport Reporting Officer (Maternity Relief).  It is anticipated that this role will provide coverage for approximately 24 months.  Whilst undertaking this role, you will be accountable for the inspection, monitoring, reporting and general maintenance of aeronautical safety and security facilities at the Whitsunday Coast Airport while providing quality customer service when liaising with a wide variety of clientele.

 

Essential

1.    C Class ‘Manual’ Driver’s Licence.

2.    Aviation Security Identification Card.

3.    Safety/Reporting Officer Certificate (CASA).

4.    Aerodrome Works Safety Officer Certificate (CASA).

 

Desirable

1.    First Aid Certificate

2.    Current Airport Reporting Officer’s Certificate or recognised industry equivalent and four (4) years airport operations experience in a similar role.

3.    Radio Telephone Operator Proficiency Licence and appropriate experience.

4.    QLD Firearm Licence and experience in safe management of firearms.
